Beauty


As we climb the “Age Ladder”, we explore lots of skin care products and hair treatments.    We frequently visit the hairdressers and regularly go on lots of shopping trips… one lady can never have enough… sounds very shallow, but has so much truth attached to it.  When we look good our confidence sky rockets, our skin is flawless our hair is perfect and sleek, and our clothing is stylish and immaculate. If only we could have this confidence every day.   Well you can, it is a known fact, and is advised by any hairdresser that to keep your hair sleek, you must wrap it at night, combing your hair around your head rather than to the back of your head, and using a silk head scarf.  This will make your hair soft and easier to manage the following morning. Face masks can make a huge difference to your skin, and they also create a relaxing feeling as you feel like a pampered princess.                                                                                                                                        
These do not need to be expensive, you can purchase these from any chemist or supermarket, but do take into consideration the source of ingredients, we mention this because you may be allergic to a random ingredient that could have disastrous effects to your skin. (This has been known to happen on a few rare occasions).  Another part of your beauty regime is having faith in a fabulous moisturizer, look out for moisturizers that contain natural and organic ingredients, as they are the mothers of all skincare products, they will look after your skin just like a mother to a child.   
A very good night-time routine is to pamper your skin just before you go to bed. This hasn’t got to take you hours, and is a very simple process. Remove your make-up using facial wipes, and apply a night repair moisturizer to your face and neck, this will revitalize tired skin through the night while you sleep, and will work miracles for your skin, giving you that lovely morning glow, no matter how tired you may feel on the inside, it won’t show on the outside.                                                                                                                                                                   We know that you’ve probably heard this all your life, but exercise is very good in increasing your energy levels and again bringing out your natural radiance.   The importance to enjoying a good work-out is to not overdo it by making your body perform more than what it can handle.                                                                                                                                                                 
A short interval of 30 minutes each day will be all you need to participate in for now, if you wish to increase the time frame in a few months then you can, but for the first shall we say 3 – 6 months a 30 minute work-out will make your body and mind very happy, and you will feel the difference.   As a detox, drinking herbal tea, coconut water or hot water with honey, will stimulate your energy levels, and will assist in flushing out your digestive system the natural way, which is very important in order to have a healthy immune system.  Also, add vitamin tablets to your morning and evening routine, your skin and hair will adore you for it, and again will give you the radiance that you deserve.
