Butterfly boutiques with Macmillan

Butterfly Boutiques have an idealism that trespass’s into things that they have no or little control over. Cancer and domestic abuse is only but a few of what creases their brow with concern. In the world we live in today, much of what is happening shouldn’t be, and it’s disturbing that these misfortunes fall at many peoples doors with such a selfish and tragic wave. The outcome leaves a mark like any hurricane, missing and longing for the people that are taken in such an unfair and inhumane manner.

Cancer can grip its steely hands around anyone’s lives, tearing it apart as easy as you would a photograph, weakening the body and mind until it disintegrates. A truly horrible thing to witness a loved one going through.

We at Butterfly Boutiques wish to support the charities that support the crisis. We will be holding many Coffee mornings in aide of the “MacMillan Charity”, and are excited about what changes we can bring in order to make cancer a thing of the past. High hopes indeed, but even the impossible can be a reality. With the right persistence, grace and determination this dream of ours can awaken, and rather than people describing their loss, they’ll be describing the triumph of beating Cancer once and for all. All of this is a truly remarkable thing to be a part of, not only are we doing our bit to defeat the disease, we are also doing so for the memory of those now lost and up there with the angels, celebrating their lives. They will never be forgotten, and their strength will always live on through us.

The next concern that infuriates us deeply is the millions of cases caused by domestic violence. It is a cowardly and nasty method for an individual to have over another, but there’s not enough being done about it. Women at the core of it stay for many reasons; a few of them may be that they believe the taunts, that they deserve the cruelty when really they don’t. They stay for maybe another reason, they believe that they won’t do any better or wish to not be on their own, the most serious reason however is that they are terrified and scared to leave as their abuser has foretold that if this did happen then they would be murdered in a gruesome way. None of these reasons are true as domestic violence has proven cowardice.Men suffer to, but they tend to do so in silence as they are embarrassed, and firmly believe people won’t believe them, or be treated by those who do know not very kindly which will result in being victimised even more, resulting in an endless spinning cycle. So they remain silent, becoming withdrawn and in a few cases fall into despair at work and with their families. It’s an awful thing to go through as you soon start to lose yourself.

There is help, guidance and support for these cases, and we will do all we can in aide of the charities support this cause, whether its fundraising or making awareness through our company on a wide scale. We are very fortunate to be taking part in a community that shares our dreams of defeating the above perpetrators, they have both made their victims suffer for to long, and now we are going to stand against all manners of malice and cruelty. To find out more, or be a part of our idealism please email us on butterflyboutiques@live.co.uk, we would love to hear from you, welcoming you on-board to a really exciting journey…

With kind regards
